Original? No. Fun though! This 1914cc Beetle trials car comes with an impressive competition history from 2010-12. Paperwork with the car includes the invoice in 2010 for its conversion as a ‘Class 6’ classic trials car by a garage near Ross-on-Wye. Highlight features include its 1914cc race engine (fitted with new pistons, Engle 100 camshaft, new distributor and competition clutch) coil-over suspension, twin batteries, on-board compressor, hydraulic handbrake and underbody protection.
The Beetle was last MOTed in 2017 and hasn't been used for a few years but the owner tells us it appears to be running ok.
A bit mad… but we like it.
